Everyone sees this tab, but nothing works until you own both DARKWEB_BROWSER and ENCRYPTED_MATERIALS from the black market. Until then, entering it just shows what to buy first.
Once unlocked, two things live here: CONVERT_CREDITS and WIRE_CREDITS.
CONVERT_CREDITS exchanges $CREDITS for $DARKCOIN, the only currency the two black-market power items accept. 1,000 $CREDITS equals 1 $DARKCOIN, minus a 20% conversion fee. It only goes one way, so there's no converting back.
WIRE_CREDITS sends $CREDITS to any other verified user. 25% of every transfer is burned as a fee, and each account can send up to 10,000 $CREDITS per day. A public TRANSMISSION_LOG shows recent transfers with handles partially masked.
